  • How do I plug in the humidifier?

    There is a USB that can connect to any standard port in a computer, car, or charger; the other end has a mini-USB that connects to the humidifier for power.

  • Is there a filter?

    Yes, there is a removable filter that purifies the water from excessive minerals and pollutants before converting it into mist. Depending on frequency of use, we recommend replacing your filter every 4-6 months to maximize performance.

  • Can I turn off the nightlight?

    Yes! The night light is an optional feature that can run with or without the mist.

  • How do I clean it?

    Simple water rinsing of the inner cavity on a regular basis would be effective. For breaking up any hard water buildup around the spout, you may gently brush the area under running water, using a small brush (like a toothbrush).

Once the order is shipped, you will receive a notification email containing courier details and a tracking number. The orders are delivered within approximately 10–12 business days. We aim to meet these delivery times, but during busy periods (including sales), deliveries may take a little longer. Please note that we cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen parcels due to any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.

*International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the recipient's responsibility.

RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
