Most, if not all of the exercises that can be performed with kettle bells, dumbbells, medicine balls, weight vests, and/or barbells can be performed with the Bag.
Note that we deliver our canvas bags unfilled.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Once the order is shipped, you will receive a notification email containing courier details and a tracking number. The orders are delivered within approximately 10–12 business days. We aim to meet these delivery times, but during busy periods (including sales), deliveries may take a little longer. Please note that we cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen parcels due to any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.

*International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the recipient's responsibility. 

*We do not ship to the following regions: Iran, Syria, North Korea, Lebanon, Pakistan, Yemen, Sudan, and Afghanistan.

RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
